The optical brightener CBS-X can be added at any stage of the production process of its type of detergent (such as dry blending, spray drying, agglomeration molding, and spray mixing).
Dosage: 0.1–0.5%.
FP-127 is widely used in the whitening treatment of PVC foamed shoe materials, sheets, and plastic products such as ABS, EVA, and polycarbonate, effectively eliminating the inherent yellow tint of the materials. The recommended addition amount is 0.01-0.05% for white PVC products and 0.0001-0.001% for transparent products.
It has a special whitening effect on EVA foam plastics, which can increase the whiteness of the product by 20%-35%.
Optical Brightener OB-1 Green-tone
Suitable for whitening polyester fiber, nylon fiber, polypropylene fiber and other chemical fibers.
It has good water solubility and can be dissolved in 3-5 times its volume of boiling water. About 300g can be dissolved in each liter of boiling water and about 150g in cold water.
It is not sensitive to hard water, and Ca2+ and Mg2+ do not affect its whitening effect.
The whitening agent OB is mixed thoroughly with various plastic ions at a concentration equivalent to 0.01-0.05% of the plastic weight, and then molded.
