Application Scope
1. Suitable for whitening polyester fiber, nylon fiber, polypropylene fiber and other chemical fibers.
2. Suitable for whitening and brightening polypropylene plastics, rigid PVC, ABS, EVA, polystyrene, polycarbonate, etc.
3. Suitable for addition to conventional polymerization of polyester and nylon.
4. Particularly suitable for whitening plastic products molded at high temperatures.
How to use
The whitening agent OB-1 is added at a concentration of 0.01-0.05% of the weight of the plastic or polyester granules and then thoroughly mixed with the material before molding and processing of various plastic products or before spinning polyester fibers.
Precautions
1. The amount used in soft plastics needs to be controlled to avoid exudation;
2. Avoid mixing with auxiliaries that affect fluorescence (such as certain antioxidants and carbon black);
3. Dust must be kept away during operation to avoid inhalation; store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place.
