Application Scope
(I) Plastics Industry:
FP-127 is widely used in the whitening treatment of PVC foamed shoe materials, sheets, and plastic products such as ABS, EVA, and polycarbonate, effectively eliminating the inherent yellow tint of the materials. The recommended addition amount is 0.01-0.05% for white PVC products and 0.0001-0.001% for transparent products.
(II) Chemical Fiber Industry:
This model is suitable for whitening polyester, nylon, and polypropylene fibers. It has excellent compatibility with fiber materials and superior weather resistance.
How to use
FP-127 can be added before plastic polymerization or directly mixed evenly with the molding material. For ABS materials, adding 10-50g/100kg is sufficient to effectively eliminate yellowing. In artificial leather products, the recommended dosage is 0.0001-0.05%.
