Fluorescent whitening agent ER-III (C.I. 199:2, FBA 199 series) is a diphenylethylene-based nonionic whitening agent. As a high-end model in the ER series, it features high heat resistance, excellent sublimation fastness, and a blue-green color tone. It is primarily used for high-temperature hot-melt dyeing of polyester and for whitening engineering plastics.
DMA-X, a fluorescent whitening agent, is currently considered an excellent fluorescent whitening agent for detergents. The introduction of morpholine groups into its molecule improves many of its properties.
Fluorescent brightener 4BK, classified as C.I. Fluorescent Brightener 28 in the industry standard, is a mature anionic additive used in the textile whitening field. Its core chemical component is a stilbene disulfonic acid derivative.
